Mikayla’s English Muffins This is a great after school snack or something to give them on the way to the field! Preparation:    Ingredients: 1 pkg English Muffins  ½ Jar of Spaghetti or Pizza Sauce  2 cups Shredded Pizza Cheese  1 pkg of Pepperonis Directions: Preheat Oven to 350 Split the muffins and place them on a cookie sheet.  Spread sauce on them.
