La Bella Pizza

Preparation: 

CRUST:

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 1/2 cups flour

TOPPINGS:

  • 1 portabella mushroom
  • 1 can black olives, halved
  • 1/4 of one red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 Roma tomatoes sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Olive Oil

Preparation:

Wash mushrooms, remove stems and slice. Saute tomatoes
in a small amount of olive oil, add mushrooms, olives,
garlic and onions, cook for 3 mintues. Arrange tomato
mixture in mushroom caps and top with the cheese
mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 - 25
minutes.
